Description
One of the largest beachfront vacation homes available in Los Cabos, Casa La Laguna sits on a quiet, pristine, semi-private beach, next to the Puerto Los Cabos Marina. This newly built, private compound commands expansive, unobstructed views from Punta Palmilla to Punta Gorda. It is wonderful for large family reunions, corporate retreats and couples gatherings. It features four levels with ocean view from every room in the house.
With an exquisite blend of Hacienda style and custom Balinese furnishings, this vacation home includes, 6 ocean view bedrooms, 6 full bathrooms and 2 half baths. There is over 10,000 square feet of living area, 8,000 square feet of which is air-conditioned. There is 16,000 square feet of outdoor space.
This indoor/outdoor design opens to the large outdoor deck area, perfect for entertaining and relaxing. Here you will enjoy the palapa bar and barbeque, with a two level heated infinity pool. The top level of the pool is walk-in “beach style”, with a 12-foot slide to the ocean level pool, large enough for lap swimming. The 10 person Jacuzzi is also nestled in this scenic terrace directly above the beach.
The main living area includes a spacious living room, formal bar, spectacular kitchen, formal dining room with a spectacular, round table for 12, and three other dining areas, one of which is on a massive, partially covered, outdoor terrace. There is seating for eight, with dramatic beach and ocean views from here, complete with a unique fire bowl. There are several televisions throughout the home, including the 120-inch rear projection screen, in a comfortable media room. For the fitness enthusiasts, there is also a state of the art gym.
Our full staff, including our Manager/On-Site Private Concierge, is here to insure your Los Cabos experience to be a unique and memorable one. You will be sure to return to this incredible wonderland on the beach. Our manager, Angel, is an incredible world class chef. His lovely wife, Tina, is an outstanding, professionally trained masseuse. Our housekeeping staff is known for very special, unique touches. Casa La Laguna is unique to other elite Los Cabos villas in having these tremendous services in-house.
NOTE: Perfect for weddings and corporate events. The expansive deck space and beachfront setting can easily accommodate 150 people.

Terms
30% deposit at booking by check, non-refundable one week after posted date. Deposit is refundable if Casa La Laguna can re-rent for the same period of time within 30 days; $300 cancellation fee applies

No homeowner association approval requirements
Perfect for wedding on the beach, then walk up the stairs to the reception/dinner (could also easily do the wedding on the deck)
Additional very high-quality rental available immediately adjacent, both beachfront, and ocean view.
Sit-down events-up to 150 (150 is maximum capacity)
Pricing:
1.) 3 night minimum stay
2.) Up to 25: No additional fee
3.) 26-100: One night’s rent
